- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 5 days or more before the event.
- Cancellations within 5 days may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on administrative costs.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the event date.
Centre-Initiated Cancellations
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Keerthisu Liturgical Centre, participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future event.
📦 Digital & Physical Resources:
Digital Downloads
- All digital products (e.g., songs, presentations, videos) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- For technical issues, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.
Physical Products
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💝 Donations & Sponsorships:
Donations made to support our mission, events, or outreach programs are non-refundable.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours for review.

- A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate work.
